Please carefully review the fire safety requirements for our premises before planning your event. This document serves as an essential resource for event producers and responsible persons, helping to ensure a smooth event and to mitigate potential risks in advance.
The guidelines include detailed information on:
- emergency action plans, staff responsibilities, and evacuation procedures;
- the designated outdoor assembly point (located near the fountains);
- automatic fire protection systems and available firefighting equipment within the premises (fire extinguishers, fire blankets);
- rules and approval procedures for the use of fireworks, pyrotechnics, or open flames during events.
